I tried to convey the sadness that such a beautiful beast must have in carrying "tourists" around all day...At the same time, his handlers actually seemed sadder...but I wasn't fast enough to capture this. The elephant's look...seemed to convey a sentiment that we all feel..."it could be worse"...This elephant was the first and last thing I saw at the Fair...it seemed as if he didn't want to be there.
